Reserved or bought tickets can be collected from Tiketti outlets or R-kioski stores. Please, remember to take your order number with you to R-kioski, you?ll need it! You?ll also need your official ID for collecting paid ticket from outlets or R-kioski. Another option to collect the tickets, available for most events, is to order them to your mobile or in PDF form to your e-mail.
You can purchase your tickets online with your credit card, a Finnish bank's web account or by ordering an e-mail invoice, and collect the tickets after the payment comes through. The time the payment takes to register varies according to the payment method: web account payment is ready straight away, credit card payment might take up to 1 work day and invoice order takes up to 2 bank day if paid with a Finnish account and up to 10 bank days if paid from abroad.
The exact start time and date for ticket sales can be found on the events sales page. You'll find the event in http://www.tiketti.fi/events or via Quick Search. Most often the sales begins at 9 a.m. Finnish time. If you are plannig to order tickets to event you know in going to be very popular, you can go to the event page before the sales start. If the event is indeed very popular, a virtual queue will be created and you take your place in line already before the sales begins.
Tiketti provides possibility to "virtually queue" for your purchasing turn with very popular events. This service gives the chance to take your place in line already before the sales begins and prevents the online store from congesting when the sales of a popular event begin. By taking your place in line, you will get to follow your progression in the queue and then, on your own turn, proceed to order the tickets. Note that you can take your place in the queue already some time before the sales begin.
Usually you can buy up to 10 tickets per event online. The event organizer decides the reservation limits so for instance popular events might have a smaller order limit. Exceptional reservation limits are informed on the events sales page. If the event does not have spesific order limits, bigger group orders can be made in our phone service. Please note that it is not allowed to resell the tickets without Tikettis permission.
Registration is not compulsory. However, setting up a My Tiketti account has many benefits: you can for instance find and print your PDF tickets form your account. You will also be able to pay for your bookings at My Tiketti.
You have 10 minutes to complete your purchase, after which the tickets you have booked will go automatically back on sale and you will have to start again. If you paid for your purchase and the payment has left your bank account, please contact our customer service immediately.
Some products cannot be printed out from the Tiketti point of sales system. These products can be ordered online and will be delivered by post, or they can be collected from our main outlet at Kamppi, Helsinki.

Your reservation is ready straight away after you have made your reservation. The tickets will be printed at the outlet or R-kioski so you do not have to wait for the order to be "sent" to the location. Remember to collect your reservation by the due date, after that the tickets will return on sale.
You need your reservation number with you to collect your order from R-kioski. The order (either reservation or purchase) has to be made in advance in our online store or in our phone service, you cannot purchase the tickets from R-kioski without a premade order. You can only collect the full reservation from R-kioski, so if you want to collect only part of the tickets you have reserved, please contact Tiketti customer service before that.
Usually you can reserve up to 10 tickets per event. In some case the amount has been limited to a smaller figure due to popularity of the event. If the reservation limit is not speficied and you need to make a bigger group reservation, please contact our phone service to make your order.
The reservation lasts up to 4 or 2 office days depending on the event. To some events, often the most popular ones, you cannot make reservation online. In such cases youll find the info on the events sales page. The event organizer chooses the reservation lenght for the event
Registered users will be able to pay for their tickets by entering their My Tiketti account. Alternatively call 0600-1-1616 (1,78 € / min + connection charge, works on in Finland), Mon-Sun 9-21 to extend your reservation. You can only prolong your reservation if the event is completelly booked.
Once payment has been made, PDF tickets are emailed to you automatically. If you paid with a web payment from Finnish bank account, you should receive the tickets immediately (or up to 15 min). Credit card paymetn might take up to 1 office day, Finnish invoice payments up to 2 bank days and international invoice payments up to 10 bank days. If you don't receive your ticket, check that your inbox is not full and and it's worth checking your spam folder too. If you are a registered My Tiketti user, you will be able to download and print your ticket directly from your account. The ticket will be send to your mobile phone as soon as the payment has been registered. Please note that credit card payments might take up to 1 office day and invoice payments take several days to registered in our system. Your computer needs to have Adobe Reader software to print out the tickets. You can download it for free from here: http://get.adobe.com/fi/reader . If your mobile phone can download PDF documents, your ticket can also be scanned from your mobile phone screen. If you are a My Tiketti user, you will be able to download your tickets from your personal account.
If your phone doesnt have a working internet connection, you can get in to the event with the control number in the message. If you do have a working internet connection but have anyway problems with opening the link, please contact our customer service email@example.com / + 358 10 8431611 (Mon-Fri 10-17). If our customer service has closed for the day, please contact the event location in problem situations.
Tiketti accepts culture vouchers such as: Luottokunnan Virikeseteli, Tyky-Kuntoseteli+ sekä Smartum Liikunta- ja Kulttuuriseteli. You can use your vouchers in Tiketti's outlets. Vouchers are valid only in some events.
You can pay your tickets with culture vouchers or cards if the event has that option in use. Please check on our culture voucher info page (http://www.tiketti.fi/en/info/culturevoucher) where you can pay with your type of voucher or card.
As stated in our Terms of Delivery, all paid tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. You will find our Terms of Delivery from your order confirmation, our website and the reverse side of your ticket. If the event gets cancelled you will be able to return your ticket. Please check the specific event page on our website for details. To some festivals, though, it is possible to change your ticket for a more expensive one (like basic ticket to VIP). Please bring your ticket to our outlets or post your ticket to Tiketti Oy, Urho Kekkosen katu 4-6, 00100 Helsinki. Don't forget to include your contact and bank details with IBAN (International Bank Account Number) so we can process the refund. If you have purchased an electronic (mobile or PDF) ticket, just email us the verification number (also known as ticket code) with your contact and bank details. Our email address is email@example.com. (Note: R-kiosks don't give any refunds) Please check the relevant info on the events sales page on our website before sending us your ticket.
If the event has been postponed, you can most likely use your ticket for the new date. You'll find out if its possible or not on the events sales page. You can also return your ticket for a refund. Please check all the relevant info on the events sales page before you bring / send us the ticket.
Tiketti acts as a ticket vendor for events. The event organiser is fully responsible for the event, including all changes in program or cancellations. Service charges cover the cost of bank transactions and other costs incurred at the point of sale.
Keep all parts of the ticket with you until arriving at the venue. Often tickets are scanned electronically, so it's important that the barcode and verification number are readable. If a part gets lost, the ticket might be regarded unvalid. If you are uncertain whether you ticket still works, please contact Tiketti customer service. Please note, that Tiketti or the event organized cannot be held responsible if a part of the tickets gets lost or the ticket become unreadable.
Tiketti and/or the event organisers are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Electronic tickets might be siometimes possible to replace for a small fee. If you lose your electronic ticket (PDF or mobile), please contact our customer service.
