ORDERING AND PURCHASING TICKETS
Tickets can be bought from Tiketti webstore with credit card or by ordering an invoice. When the payment has been made, you can collet the tickets with your valid ID card from one of our outlets. If tickets should be collected from a specific outlet this will be informed during your purchase. More information from Delivery options.
Anyone can collect reserved tickets with the correct reservation number. If the tickets have already been paid, you will need to email us to info@tiketti.fi to authorise another person to collect them on your behalf. They must bring along a valid ID.
The exact start time and date for ticket sales can be found from our website at www.tiketti.fi. Just click on the specific event to find out the details.
Event organisers decide on the purchasing limits. The limit is told on the event's own page.
Some products cannot be printed out from the Tiketti point of sales system. These products can be ordered online and will be delivered by post, or collected from our main outlet at Kamppi, Helsinki.
Registration is not compulsory. However, setting up a My Tiketti account has many benefits such printing out your PDF tickets at your desired time. You will also be able to pay for your bookings at My Tiketti.
You have 10 minutes to complete a transaction, after which the tickets you have booked will go automatically back on sale and you will have to start again. If you paid for your purchase and the payment has left your bank account, please contact our customer service immediately.
If you have opted to include the Verify by Visa or Mastercard service on your card, transactions needs to be verified through your internet banking. Please contact your bank to find out more.
Registered users will be able to pay for their tickets by entering their My Tiketti account. Alternatively call 0600-1-1616 (1,69 € / min + connection charge), Mon-Sun 9-21 to extend your reservation.
Tiketti accepts culture vouchers such as: Luottokunnan Virikeseteli, Tyky-Kuntoseteli+ sekä Smartum Liikunta- ja Kulttuuriseteli. You can use your vouchers in Tiketti's outlets. Vouchers are valid only in some events.
LOST OR DAMAGED TICKETS
Keep all parts of the ticket with you until arriving at the venue. Often tickets are scanned electronically, so it's important that the barcode and verification number are readable.
Tiketti and/or the event organisers are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
RETURNING TICKETS
As stated in our Terms of Delivery, all paid tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. You will find our Terms of Delivery from your order confirmation, our website and the reverse side of your ticket. If the event gets cancelled you will be able to return your ticket. Please check the specific event page on our website for details.
Please bring your ticket(s) to our outlets or post your ticket(s) to Tiketti Oy, Urho Kekkosen katu 4-6, 00100 Helsinki. Don't forget to include your contact and bank details with IBAN (International Bank Account Number) so we can process the refund. If you purchased an electronic (SMS or PDF) ticket, just email us the verification number or code with your contact and bank details. Our email address is info@tiketti.fi. (Note: R-kiosks don't give any refunds)

Tiketti acts as a ticket vendor for events. The event organiser is fully responsible for the event, including all changes in program or cancellations. Service charges cover the cost of bank transactions and other costs incurred at the point of sale.
SMS AND PDF TICKETS
Event organiser decides the ticket types that are valid to each event.
Our SMS tickets use Nokia multimedia services and the message will come to your phone after your payment arrives to Tiketti. If your mobile phone supports Nokia picture messages, you will also be able to receive a SMS ticket. If your handset is able to download PDF documents, your PDF ticket can be scanned from your mobile phone screen.
Once payment has been made, PDF tickets are emailed to you automatically. Depending on your email service provider, ticket should be in your email within two hours maximum. If you don't receive your ticket, contact info@tiketti.fi. Before that: You need to ensure your inbox has enough available memory to receive more email, and it's worth checking your junk or spam folder too. If you are a registered My Tiketti user, you will be able to download and print your ticket directly from your account. Some mobile phones are unable to receive picture messages. Your phone needs to support Nokia picture messaging services to receive a SMS ticket. Please ensure your phone has enough available memory to receive the message - a SMS ticket is 3-5 messages long. Before the SMS message you receive a message with a unique code, if the SMS doesn't arrive, you can use this message to entrance the event. Yes, you can forward a SMS ticket just like any other picture message. However, the ticket can only be used once.
Yes, unless otherwise specified. Name of the orderer (not necessarily the name of the user) is everytime printed on the ticket.
Your computer needs to have Adobe Reader software to print out the tickets. You can download it for free from here: http://get.adobe.com/fi/reader . If your mobile phone can download PDF documents, your ticket can also be scanned from your mobile phone screen. If you are a My Tiketti user, you will be able to download your tickets from your personal account.
