SELLING YOUR TICKETS AT TIKETTI

In addition to ticket selling services, we can also provide related PR consultation, including pricing your event and targeted marketing.

Service charges
Sold tickets are subject to a service charge, determined by the ticket price. There will be no other charges to the organiser.

Commission fees:

Tickets under 9,00 €, commission fee 0,75 € + vat 22%
Tickets over 9,00 €, commission fee 0,95 € + vat 22%

The service charge should be included in the ticket price following the guidelines of the Consumer Agency.
Our customer service charges are inexpensive. To find out more, please visit our Terms Of Service. As stated in the regulations set by the Consumer Agency, Tiketti must inform its customers of the service charges in advance. The organiser is also obliged to include the start price of service charges at all event marketing materials. The start price is the price of the ticket plus the lowest service charge.

The minimum commission charge is 20 €, which will be included in the final settlement. If the  total settlement is less than 20 €, the amount will have to be paid separately.

Monitoring the sales
You will be able to monitor the sales in real time through our online services. This will enable you to gain valuable information on the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns.

Settlements
Unless agreed otherwise, the final settlement will be paid into the account advised by the organiser within two working days of the event. The account file will be emailed to the organiser as a PDF document.

Printing services
Tiketti can supply tickets and passes for your event such as guest passes and tickets to be sold at the door. Please email us at tiketti@tiketti.fi for a quotation.

Public relations
Tiketti's weekly newsletter in Finnish and English is circulated to 55 000 potential customers. The number of subscribers is constantly increasing, and there are about 35 000 - 50 000 individual visitors to our website (www.tiketti.fi) each week. Our Facebook page (facebook.com/tiketti) is followed by over 3250 users (January 10, 2011). The page is updated daily. Your marketing plan will be set up as a part of your sales contract.

Advertising
Using Tiketti's logo on your marketing materials ensures your customers know where to purchase their advance tickets. You can also add a link from your website to your sales page on tiketti.fi - this will make it even easier for your customers to buy their tickets just on a few clicks!

Ticket paper
Tickets are printed on thermal paper with a hologram and a UV stamp. Each ticket will have an individual barcode.

SMS and PDF tickets
In addition to traditional paper tickets you can also provide SMS and/or PDF tickets for your event. These new types of tickets increase flexibility and the quality of service provided to your customer: They will be able to complete their purchase online or by phone and receive their tickets directly to their mobile phone or inbox.  The venue needs to have a scanning device for verifying the electronic tickets. These are available to hire from Tiketti either for a single event or on a longer contract. Click here to find out more about the electronic tickets.

Numbered and unnumbered seats
Tiketti is able to provide tickets with or without seat numbers on them. If it's a venue we haven't worked with before, we need a couple of extra days to set the numbered seats up in our system.
