TIKETTI COMPANY INFORMATION

Tiketti is a 100 per cent Finnish-owned company specialising in event ticket sales.

Tiketti has provided the best selection of tickets to Finnish rock events since 1975.
Tickets to the biggest festivals in Finland and abroad are available from us: Ruisrock, Ilosaarirock, Provinssirock, Tuska Festival, Sauna Open Air, Flow, Roskilde and Sziget, just to name a few. We also sell tickets to the best clubs across Finland, such as Tavastia-klubi, Nosturi, Korjaamo, Gloria, Virgin Oil Co., clubs in Turku and Tampere, Club Teatria, Rytmikorjaamo and Henry's Pub in Kuopio. In addition to music, tickets to various sports, theatre and cultural events are available through us.

At a customer survey conducted in August 2010 event organisers rated our services as laudable 9 and customers at 8,8.

In 2010 Tiketti sold over 455 000 tickets to almost 3000 events - this means nearly 14 million euros in sold tickets.
In 2010 our clientele consisted of over 230 event organisers, all of whom received a reliable and tailored expert service.

In addition to pre-event ticket sales, Tiketti provides related support services to event organisers. This could include selling tickets at the venue, door and gate operations, PR, marketing as well as planning for your advertising campaigns. 

Tiketti has 22 outlets in 19 locations (Espoo, Helsinki, Hämeenlinna, Jyväskylä, Joensuu, Kerava, Kouvola, Kuopio, Lahti, Levi, Mikkeli, Oulu, Pori, Porvoo, Rovaniemi, Seinäjoki, Tampere, Turku and Valkeakoski.)

www.tiketti.fi is open 24/7 and includes an online shop. In addition to traditional paper tickets we've been offering innovative electronic ticketing solutions since 2007. This includes SMS and PDF tickets, as well as a call centre that operates from 9-21 seven days a week.
