PRINTED TICKETS FROM OUTLETS, R-KIOSKI OR DELIVERED BY MAIL
- Tickets that have been bought can be collected from Tiketti outlets or R-kioski during office hours with a valid ID card. (Note that the transfer might take max. 2 working days)
- Booked tickets can be collected from Tiketti outlets or R-kioski at the latest on the last day when the reservation is valid.
- Tickets ordered by mail will be delivered by express mail in Finland, registered mail abroad. If the mail wont arrive in a week from making ypur purchase (or two days before the event) please contact us at info@tiketti.fi or Helpdesk number +358 (0)10-843 1611.
- Tiketti and R-kioski tickets are printed on heat paper that does not stand heat or long exposure to light or contact with PVC plastic.
ELECTRONIC TICKETS TO MOBILE PHONE OR EMAIL
Electronic tickets can be purchased to events with icon "SMS" or "PDF". Tickets will be read electronically at the entrance and the ticket's unique bar code will be valid just once.
SMS - TICKETS
- When the payment has been transferred you'll receive two messages to your mobile phone. The first one includes your ticket code and the second the SMS -ticket
- The phone should support Nokia's multimedia messaging service to be able to receive SMS -tickets (not available at HTC, Samsung, Vodafone, Siemens, iPhone or Nokia models 6100 and 5100). PLEASE NOTE: Smart phones do not support SMS tickets but PDF tickets can be opened on the phone's screen and read electronnically straight from the screen.
PDF- TICKETS:
- You will receive two messages: The first one includes the receipt of purchase and the other PDF -tickets attached to the email.
- If you ordered tickets to many events the PDF -tickets will be send in separate mails
- Tickets should be printed out before entering the event, the receipt of purchase is not valid as a ticket. (you can download the free of charge Adobe Reader program to open and print PDF -tickets from http://get.adobe.com/fi/reader)
- PDF -tickets can also be presented from your mobile phone's screen if this option is possible in your mobile phone. Please notice that the receipt of purchase is not valid as a ticket.
When ordering electronic tickets on the day of the event and our services are unavailable, please contact the venue in case of problems.
