ORDERING AND PURCHASING TICKETS
I won't be able to collect my tickets on time. Will I be able to extend the reservation period?
Registered users will be able to pay for their tickets by registering as a Oma Tiketti user. Alternatively call 0600-1-1616 (1,69 € / min + connection charge), Mon-Sun 9-21 to extend your reservation.
Can someone else collect my ticket reservation on my behalf?
Anyone can collect the tickets provided that they have the correct reservation number. If the tickets have already been paid for, you will need to email us on info@tiketti.fi to authorise a friend to collect them on your behalf. They must bring along a valid ID.
What time do the ticket sales start?
The exact start time and date for ticket sales can be found from our website at www.tiketti.fi. Just click on the specific event to find out the details.
How many tickets can I book?
Event organisers decide on the purchasing limits. You can find out more on the event's webpage.
Why are some tickets and merchandise available only from for example the Helsinki outlet?
Some products cannot be printed out from the Tiketti point of sales system. These products can be ordered online and will be delivered by post, or collected from our main outlet at Kamppi, Helsinki.
BUYING TICKETS ONLINE
Do I have to register to purchase tickets online?
Registration is not compulsory. However, setting up an account with My Tiketti has many benefits such printing out your PDF tickets at your desired time. You will also be able to pay for your bookings until midnight at Oma Tiketti.
My transaction was timed out. Why?
You have 10 minutes to complete a transaction, after which you will have to start again. If you already paid for your purchase and the payment has left your bank account, please contact our customer services at info@tiketti.fi or Helpdesk number 010 843 1611 (Mon- Fri 9 -17).
Why do I have to log on to my internet banking when using a Visa or Mastercard?
If you have opted to include the Verify by Visa or Mastercard service on your card, transactions need to be verified through your internet banking. Please contact your bank to find out more.
LOST OR DAMAGED TICKETS
My ticket has been damaged. Will I still be able to use it?
Keep all parts of the ticket with you until arriving at the venue. Often tickets are scanned electronically, so it's important that the barcode and verification number are readable.
I've lost my ticket. Can it be replaced?
Tiketti and/or the organisers are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Can tickets be exchanged or refunded after I've paid for them?
As stated in our Terms of Delivery, all paid tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. You will find our Terms of Delivery from your order confirmation, our website and the reverse side of your ticket. In the unlikely event of cancellation you will be able to return your ticket. Please check the specific event page on our website for details.
How can I return a ticket to a cancelled or rescheduled event? By when do I have to do this?
Please post your ticket to Tiketti Oy, Urho Kekkosen katu 4-6, 00100 Helsinki. Don't forget to include your contact and bank details so we can process the refund. If you purchased an electronic (SMS or PDF) ticket, just email us the verification number or code with your contact and bank details. Our email address is info@tiketti.fi. Please check the relevant event pages on our website before sending us your ticket.
Why are your service charges non refundable?
Tiketti only acts as a ticket vendor for events. The event organiser is fully responsible for the event, including all changes or cancellations. Service charges cover the cost of bank transactions and other costs incurred at the point of sale.
PDF AND SMS TICKETS
Why aren't electronic (PDF or SMS) tickets available to all events? Specific hardware is required to scan electronic tickets. Not all event organisers and venues are able to provide this service.
Why isn't SMS ticket supported by all mobile phones?
Our SMS tickets use Nokia multimedia services. If your mobile phone supports Nokia picture messages, you will also be able to receive a SMS ticket. If your handset is able to download PDF documents, your PDF ticket can be scanned from your mobile phone screen.
I didn't receive my PDF ticket. Why?
Once payment has been made, PDF tickets are emailed to you automatically. This may take several minutes, depending on your email service provider. You need to ensure your inbox has enough available memory to receive more email, and it's worth checking your junk or spam folder too. If you are a registered Tiketti user, you will be able to download and print your ticket directly from your account. Alternatively contact our customer services.
I didn't receive my SMS ticket. Why?
Some mobile phones are unable to receive picture messages. Your phone needs to support Nokia picture messaging services to receive a SMS ticket. Please ensure your phone has enough available memory to receive the message - a picture message is around 3-5 times the size of a normal SMS. If you continue to have problems, please contact our customer services.
Can I forward a SMS ticket to a friend?
Yes, you can forward a SMS ticket just like any other picture message. However, the ticket can only be used once.
The PDF ticket has my name on it. Can a friend use the ticket on my behalf?
Yes, unless otherwise specified.
I'm unable to print out my PDF ticket. What should I do?
Your computer needs to have Adobe Reader software to print out the tickets. You can download it for free from here: http://get.adobe.com/fi/reader. If your mobile phone can download PDF documents, your ticket can also be scanned from your mobile phone screen. If you are a My Tiketti user, you will be able to download your tickets from your personal account.
