Please get acquainted with our terms of sercive before making a reservation or buying tickets. You can check our payment methods and service fees from here and ticket types and delivery options here.

Ticket Terms of Service

Check your ticket. Paid ticket cannot be changed or returned. The event organizer is in charge of the event and all cancellations or changes in the program. Tiketti does not return any service, delivery or booking fees in case of cancellation or change of event date. Tiketti or the event organizer are not responsible for lost or damaged tickets.

Customer is responsible for checking all the details of the event (showtime, age limit, opening hours) or that it is not cancelled before entering the event.

If there are tickets for special groups available (student, pensioner, children etc.) the ticket holder should be prepared to show their certificate/ card when entering the event.

If you do not collect reserved tickets / pay invoice by the due date, the reservation will be cancelled automatically. The reservations due date will be informed separately.

Resale of purchased tickets is not allowed without permission of Tiketti.

In case an event has a maximal sale limit per customer, Tiketti has a right to cancel the purchase and invalidate the extra tickets in the customers order.

Pre-paid tickets are handed over only to the purchaser unless he / she has informed us otherwise in advance. Authorization for another person can be made by email to info@tiketti.fi. Please be prepared to show your ID when collecting the tickets. Tickets paid in advance can be collected from Tiketti ticket offices according to opening hours until the event day.

Product Terms of Service

Tiketti sells and delivers also other products in addition to tickets. These products can be purchased directly from Tiketti's outlet in Helsinki or ordered by mail from website or phone service. The product prices contain VAT. Tiketti reserves the right to change product prices.

Products can be ordered by mail. Products will be delivered by registered mail (cost 6,5 €/ domestic mail, 15 €/ abroad). The product will be delivered in max. 10 working days. If you haven't received your order during this time, please contact info@tiketti.fi.

You have the right to return unused products purchased from Tiketti website or phone service with a notice within 14 days of reception. This does not include products purchased from Tiketti outlet in Helsinki or tickets. The returned product should be packed appropriately and unused. When returning your product please contact us at info@tiketti.fi.
