Minimize bank charges (from abroad):
1. If you are within the European Economic Area (that’s the European Union plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein): send Euros, use our IBAN, use our bank’s BIC, use the cost-indication SHA (shared), and make sure your bank uses the SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) -method or, if not yet available, the “inner-EU-transfer-method”. Costs on your side will be as if you send Euros within your own country.
2. Alternatively, or from other countries: send Euros, preferably use our IBAN, use our bank’s BIC (= SWIFT-address), use the cost-indication SHA (shared), and send 0.1% (one-per-thousand) (from the amount sent) extra for each transfer (note: MINIMUM 5,00 Euros, maximum 50,00 Euros extra). This amount will cover our bank-charges for incoming foreign payments that are not SEPA, or not “inner-EU-transfers”.
3. Last alternative: send Euros, preferably use our IBAN, use our bank’s BIC (= SWIFT-address), use the cost-indication OUR (this means: costs on your side and on our side will be paid by you; your bank will tell you how much it is).
