The Europe touring rock festival Sonisphere will once again visit Finland this summer. The Festival, organized in Helsinki at Kalasatama on Monday, June 4th, will bring Metallica as the main performer  to play, among other tracks, their legendary album “Metallica” alias “The Black album” entirely. Other confirmed artists are Machine Head, Amorphis, Gojira and Ghost. Ticket sale for Sonisphere begins on Monday, February 6th.

The Black Album, released in 1991, was the band’s fifth studio album and it was the very album to make the band known for the entire world. The super hits “Enter Sandman”, “The Unforgiven”, ”Nothing Else Matters”, ”Wherever I May Roam” and ”Sad But True” were on every fans mind and playing on MTV all around the world. In the US, The Black Album has sold 16 times platinum and worldwide the record has sold over 28 million pieces.
